  • 1 small red bell pepper (80 g)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (60 ml)
  • 100 grams small pieces of cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked turkey ham (25 g)

Preparation

  • First cut the carrot into small cubes. Then cook them over medium heat.
  • Then fry the peppers in two tablespoons of olive oil in a small pan. If you feel like it, you can add a little chicken breast to the omelette.
  • When the vegetables are golden and the carrots are soft, turn off the heat. Drain the vegetables and set them aside.
  • In a cup or bowl, combine the eggs, small pieces of cheese, and thinly sliced ​​turkey ham.
