There are two types of fruits that help you eliminate moisture:

  • Grapefruit: This is a very effective fruit for preventing fluid retention. It is also very good for people who want to cleanse their bodies, take care of their liver and lose weight as grapefruit helps dissolve fat.
  • Watermelon: Due to its high amount of water, it is an excellent diuretic. More than 90% of the weight is water. It also has only 20 calories per 100 grams.

Drink one to three natural juices with one type of fruit per day without mixing them. Add a little bit of stevia if you want to make it a little sweeter.
