  • half a bag of dry yeast (8 gr.)
  • 3 tablespoons liquid sweetener (3o ml)
  • 7 ½ tablespoons of brewer’s yeast (75 gr.)
  • lemon zest (to taste)

Preparation

  • First preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Then beat the eggs.
  • Add the yeast, wheat bran and sunflower oil.
  • Then add the liquid sweetener, lemon zest and yogurt.
  • Add the last ingredients and then mix well.
  • Pour this batter into the baking pan.
  • Finally put it in the oven for 40 minutes.

  • Then add the cornstarch and liquid sweetener.
  • Place the cake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cut the strawberries.
  • Then take the cake out of the oven, take it out of the mold and finally cover it with strawberries.
  • Let the cake cool in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  • First preheat the oven to 200 C.
  • Then put the blueberries in the blender and mix briefly.
  • Mix the sweetener and sunflower oil in a large bowl.
  • Then add the eggs one at a time while stirring continuously.
  • When you have a homogeneous mixture, add the honey, lemon zest and blueberries.
  • Sift the flour and baking powder, then add it to the mixture.
  • Keep stirring until it becomes doughy.
  • Then put some oil in the muffin tin and divide the dough over the holes
  • Finally, place it in the oven for 30 minutes.
